Caden is 2 1/2!

Our little boy is getting so big and so smart! He amazes me everyday! He is talking in full sentences now and he definetely lets you know what he wants! For the most part he has been very kind and loving towards his sister who he calls "sissy". He loves to hold her and give her kisses on the top of her head. Although he has had his fair share of jealously towards her. Everytime Brian holds Isabel he gets upset and wants him to give the baby to me so that he and Daddy can play. He is now 100% potty trained and I am loving every minute of it! He calls the potty "paci" so it very hard to decipher whether he wants his paci or he needs to go potty. About the paci...that's our next challenge. We wanted to get him potty trained and aclamated to his sister before we tried to take it away. Over the next few months we will be working on it and hope to have it gone by his 3rd birthday. Some of his favorite things to do now are; cook with Daddy, play with his firetrucks and bulldozers, read and color. He is very opinionated and if he doesn't get what he wants when he wants it he thows quite the fit. I know it is normal 2 year old behavior but it wears on both me and Brian. I am hoping somday soon that he will be able to express his feelings a little better so we can avoid some of the meltdowns!

At his 2.5 year check up Caden weighed 32lbs and was 36in!
